Orders generally take 5-7 business days to process, and shipping is usually 5-7 business days depending on your location.

For all orders over $30 you will receive free shipping! Any orders below $30 is a flat rate of $5.

Due to the majority of our products being made to order, and partnerships with carious vendors, we do not offer expedited shipping at this time. 

While we can ship internationally, we do not offer international shipping by default on our store. Please contact us to discuss international shipping.

Please contact customer service immediately. Include the correct address, your order number and your name in the email. If you catch the mistake within 24 hours, we can usually correct it so contact us the moment you discover the error. If your package has already shipped, please follow the tracking number and let customer service know when the tracking status says the package is being returned or if the package was delivered to the incorrect address.

Don’t fret! Everyone here at Authentic Texan works and lives in Texas! Some of our products are made to order by our partners, or warehoused in locations across the US in order to better serve our customers. We also have partnerships with various vendors to bring you quality products!  

There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed or refused/returned. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed, returned to sender, or had an incorrect address originally provided. Please contact us if your order shows it is being returned to sender. 

All sales are final. Many of our products are made to order, fulfilled by our wonderful vendors, or fulfilled at the time of purchase. If your item is damaged/defective please contact us so we can assist you. 

You will receive a shipment notification email once your order has shipped! If you are having trouble tracking your order please contact us with your order number and full name and we will assist you! If you created an account you can log-in here to view order status. 

We only ship during business days and are available between 9am and 5pm to assist you. We observe all calendar holidays. 

Please contact us immediately with your order number, full name and details about what you need to change.. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received, with photo evidence of the claim. Please send your photos, order number, and full name to sales@texashillcountry.com 

Unfortunately we can not accept returns or exchanges for purchase errors, buyer’s remorse, etc. We provide size guides on all of our clothing to help you make the best decision when purchasing.

Some products are shipped separately due to being at different warehouses or production cycles. Most items will arrive in a few days one one another, if you feel like there is an error don't hesitate to contact us. 

We do not have the ability to charge you after the point of sale. You will receive an email when your magazine subscription is about to expire.

Yes you can! PayPal is trusted by millions as the most secure online payment processor. We also process payments through Inuit Credit Card Processing if you choose to not use PayPal.

We use USPS for shipping, and unfortunately mistakes happen from time to time. If you feel like your magazine is late or never arrived, contact us so we can double check your details. If a magazine has been damaged, or determined as a loss on USPS's end you will need to file a lost mail claim with the postal service.
